I had the tremendous fortune to work with Lori Mills, Natalie Mills, Haylie Mills, & Dana Duffy over this weekend. I could not have asked for a better group to help train. We went for over 5 hours with very little downtime. These chicks worked hard, never complained and were extremely tough. Training in JKD requires you to experience it. There is no other way. You are going to get punched, kicked, thrown, choked, eye poked, groin grabbed, bitten, pinched, stabbed at, wrist locked, small joint manipulated, foot locked, arm barred, and more. Its just how it is. These women are now part of "Team Lowrimore" which is by invitation only. I would also like to thank "Roe" and "Donna Martin" for their selfless help to make my dream of teaching JKD and Kettlebells.

There are some exiting changes taking place. Mr. Jeff Stine is opening FIVE STAR MARTIAL ARTS. This facility will be the premier school of MMA and Fitness in Southern California. I am honored to have been asked to teach JKD, Kettlebells, and Fitness. Located at 8745 N. Magnolia Ave in Santee, this facility will have 2500 sq. feet of mat space for Jiu Jitsu, 1700 sq. feet for Jkd and Fitness and a seperate room for private instruction. It is an awesome space and will be run like all Harris affiliated schools. We will be a friendly, warm and welcoming environment that promotes learning and growth. Just like we are now. Grand Opening is April 1st. Please make sure to come and sign up during March to take advantage of Jeffs' generous offer to my students.



One of the biggest pieces of news is that Mr. Roy Harris will be teaching Jiu Jitsu. This means we have access to one of the true icons in the Jiu Jitsu world.
