"DEDICATED PRACTICE"Dedicated practice has five components:
1. Designed by someone else
2. Has immediate feedback
3. Mentally and physically challenging
4. Repeatable
5. NOT FUN!!!
Dedicated practice is what will take you to the "next level"
Practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect.
Find training partners that are willing to do "Dedicated Practice"
This is true for your Kettlebell, JKD and BJJ training.
Study on all five of these components
By making dedicated practice part of your life, you will gaurantee improvement
